In the last 15 years, Dena has led the marketing and business development efforts for organizations, specializing in the construction industry. She has experience with small family owned firms to large national, international construction companies and not for profit organizations. During her career, she has helped companies develop and refine their marketing and business development efforts that have resulted in an increase in market share and profits. Dena developed and led “Marketing Strategies to Grow your Business” at the Business Management Institute for minority owned companies sponsored by The University of Denver and Turner Construction.

In addition Dena has been a guest presenter to several industry organizations including AGC, SMPS, CREW, SDA, and CSI. Ms. Wyatt spent over 6 years as an instructor for Dale Carnegie and associates.

In addition to the "Dale Carnegie Course" she has presented workshops on Stress in the Work Place, Winning Presentations, PR effectiveness and has facilitated several strategic planning sessions. Dena has served as president of SMPS - Society of Marketing Professional Services and the Rocky Mountain Property Claims Association.

In addition she has been a member of the following organizations:
